Mexico Area Codes (RIN)
DirectoryTelephone numbers in Mexico adhere to International Telephone Union ITU-T Recommendation E.164. They are seven (7) digits throughout the country with a three (3) digit Region Identification Number - RIN (area code) except in the cities of Mexico, Guadalajara and Monterrey, where numbers are eight (8) digits with a two (2) digit RIN.
