California Local Calling Data
Rate Center EditionComplete coverage of California local calling areas by rate center. Built from current California ILEC's tariffs and Advice Letters, this data can be used to determine if a telephone call from one rate center or exchange to another is considered a local call.
This product contains aproximately 5,800 data records and requires approximately 323KB disk space. It includes all originating and terminating rate center combinations (by name) that identify local calls and extended area exchanges in the state of California.
This data product does not include originating and terminating NPA NXX combinations but could be used with any NPA NXX database product that maps NPA NXX combinations to their industry standard 10 character abbreviated rate center name to build the mapping combinations.
Local call NPA NXX mapping combinations require considerable storage space which may be appropriate for your application. We have found however, that using this data in combination with a product such as our NALENND™ NPA NXX database. can accomplish the same goal.
