Product Pricing

All pricing posted on our website is in United States dollars. When you view the contents of your shopping cart we display Your Cart Total. This amount is your order total and includes all sales or VAT tax. Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only so there are no shipping costs.

Product Licensing

As is true of most software developers and data vendors our products are licensed not sold and your purchase is that of the license to use the product and not ownership or intellectual rights to the product itself.

Ordering

Ordering and purchasing our products is a simple process. Select the items you wish to purchase, provide your contact and payment information, agree to our product Licensing if any, and submit your order.

Online authorization for your purchase is complete within a few of seconds, once authorized your order is submitted to our customer support staff for processing. Orders are typically processed and ready for download within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation e-mail using the e-mail address you provided on our order form.

You must be able to receive our confirmation e-mail before you can download our products and/or services. This e-mail will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads and/or services. If you use a challenge/response type e-mail service it is your responsibility to insure your e-mail server can accept e-mail from our domain.

If you do not receive our confirmation e-mail for your purchase within twenty four (24) hours please contact us for immediate assistance.

Payment Options

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover

You can pay for your online purchase by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We obtain authorization from your credit card company for the amount of your purchase at the time your order is placed and credit card billing occurs within twenty-four (24) hours from the time your purchase is approved.

Online purchases though our website will appear on your credit card billing statement as a purchase from Quentin Sager Consulting.

  • Credit Card Security Codes We require your credit card issuer to verify the credit card security code from your credit card for any online purchase.

    Your 3-digit Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card security code is located on the signature panel on the back of your card.

    Your 4-digit American Express credit card security code is located on the face of your card above the embossed account number.

    Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

Purchase Orders

We will generally accept a corporate or business purchase order from United States and Canadian based businesses for the purchase of our products and services. Contact us for more information.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for your purchase of our products or services must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale.

  • Digital Goods:

    If you have not downloaded your purchase. To receive a refund or cancel your order, you must contact customer support, provide your order information, and request a refund. We will issue your refund within three (3) business days.

    If you have downloaded your purchase. To receive a refund, contact customer support, provide your order information, and request a refund Letter of Destruction. Follow the instructions on the refund Letter of Destruction and return the completed letter to us by postal mail within ten (10) days. We will issue your refund within three (3) business days upon receipt of your signed original refund Letter of Destruction.

  • Web Services:

    If you have not accessed the Web Service or online application. To receive a refund or cancel your order, you must contact customer support, provide your order information, and request a refund. We will issue your refund within three (3) business days.

    If you have accessed the Web Service or online application your refund amount is limited to a maximum seventy five percent (75%) of your purchase price and is pro-rated based on the unused queries or time-remaining portion of your subscription. To receive a refund or cancel your order, you must contact customer support, provide your order information, and request a refund. We will issue your refund within three (3) business days.

  • Custom Development:

    Custom developed software and data products are governed by individual work-for-hire or contractual agreements and are non refundable under this Refund Policy.

Refund Exceptions Under This Policy

Distribution licensed data products are non refundable once you have disclosed or distributed the data (in whole or part) to any third-party.

Product Download

Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation e-mail using the e-mail address you provided on our order form. This e-mail will contain the information you need to log in to our website to access your purchase.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access the products you have purchased from us. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

We provide you a reasonable amount of time to download your purchase after which we will disable your download access to our servers. It becomes your responsibility to protect your purchase once downloaded, we do not offer an Extended Download Protection type plan.
